Capital City Church exists to connect people to God. We’re a thriving, multi-cultural church that has a passionate, life-giving environment where people of all ages, races, and backgrounds can grow closer to God and build thriving, vibrant lives.
Our worship services are comprised of two primary elements: contemporary, upbeat, passionate worship and a dynamic, relevant teaching.
Our desire for worship is to connect people with Jesus Christ by creating an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God. Our desire for the message is that it will inspire and encourage you where ever you are in your spiritual journey. Our heart is to empower ordinary people to live extraordinary lives!
We have an awesome program for kids at our first service held at 9:30am, so that people of every age can experience God and get to know Him better. CapCity is full of friendly people who’d love to meet and get to know you. Join us at a service on Sunday or stop by a LifeGroup near you!
Our 11am service is translated into American Sign Language.

We welcome those of you who are single, married, divorced, filthy rich, or dirt poor.
You’re welcome here if you’re “just browsing,” just woke up or just got out of jail.
We don’t care if your family is Catholic, Baptist, New Age, Old Age or if you haven’t been in church since last Christmas.
We welcome you if you can sing like Tony Bennett, rap like Jay Z or, like most our
pastors, can’t carry a note. We welcome soccer moms, NASCAR dads, starving artists, tree-huggers, latte-sippers, vegetarians and junk-food eaters. We welcome those who are in recovery or still addicted.
We welcome you if you’re having problems or you’re down in the dumps or if you don’t like
“organized religion,” we’ve been there too. If you blew all your offering money on the Ravens last week, you’re welcome here. We offer a special welcome to those who think aliens exist but God may not. We are so glad to see those of you who work too hard and those who don’t work at all.
You are welcome, even if you are here today simply because grandma is in town and wanted to go to church. We welcome those who are inked, pierced or both. If you’re straight or gay we offer a special welcome to anyone who could use a prayer right now. If you’ve had religion shoved down your throat and don’t quite know what’s going on, but somehow wound up here, we welcome you.
We welcome seekers and skeptics. Its no mistake you’re here.
